Two evil words in one document: process and governance. What's the deal?

Having process and governance is a good thing. Otherwise, there would be chaos and nobody would ever know what's going on. It's just bad if there is too much. So, let's define just what we need and nothing more.


If you plan to contribute to a Seam module, you should coordinate with the module lead before committing any code. Of course, you can add patches to an issue report at any time, though the chance of the patch being accepted will greatly increase if you coordinate with the module lead.
