I recently migrated my seam development environment to my new laptop but I have a strange issue of very slow taglib loading on first access (in order of one taglib per minute)

The setup is pretty normal, latest AS 4.2, latest seam, latest JBoss Tools on an Eclipse Callisto (same issue on Ganymede, though)
The network setup is pretty much the same as my old laptop, too. Any theories on what could cause the lookups to take that long?
