Seam 2.0 was developed against JBoss 4.2. Seam can still be run against JBoss 4.0. The documentation contains instructions for configuring JBoss AS 4.0 with Seam 2.0.

Christian, what about JBoss AS 5 support?
There is 5.0.0.Beta4 already...
I'm also looking to test Seam 2.0.1 with jboss 5 Beta 4, but I have some strange mistakes FileNotFoundException when Jboss tries to unzip ear and war files.
